Peace of mind
We handle your warranty
Buy from us and you've got one point of contact — us. If a covered part ever fails, you don't chase a factory or sit on a foreign support line. You tell us, and we take it from there.
One point of contact — us
We're an authorized dealer for every brand we carry, so every machine on this site ships with a full manufacturer warranty. The difference is what happens if something goes wrong: you deal with Wild Idaho Powersports, not the manufacturer. We confirm the coverage, file the claim, and coordinate the replacement parts with the factory on your behalf. You get a real human in Idaho who follows it through until it's sorted.
What's covered, by brand
Every brand backs its machines against defects in materials and workmanship. The length and the details vary — here's the rundown. Coverage runs from the day your machine is delivered.
Covers: Manufacturing defects for 2 years overall. Core electricals (motor, battery, controller, display) are covered for 1 year; wear-prone parts (throttle, lights, brakes) for 6 months.
Freego also keeps replacement parts available for 2 years, even after the warranty ends.
Covers: Defects in materials and workmanship across the bike and its electrical system — battery, motor, controller, and display.
A straightforward one-year promise on every KOOZ machine.
Covers: Defects in the battery, motor, controller, display, throttle, LED lights, electrical wiring, and frame.
Full electrical and frame coverage for a year of normal riding.
Covers: Manufacturing defects on the machine and its parts. Covered replacement parts are supplied at no cost to you.
Coverage on the gas machines is shorter than the electric brands, so inspect your bike and register it promptly after delivery — and tell us right away if anything's wrong.
Exact terms, lengths, and coverage are set by each manufacturer and can vary by model. The full warranty terms come with your machine — this is a plain-English summary, not the complete contract.
What's not covered
Warranties cover manufacturing defects — not the things that come from how a machine is used. Across every brand, these are excluded:
- • Normal wear items (tires, brake pads, cables, chains, fluids).
- • Damage from crashes, jumps, racing, misuse, or stunts.
- • Modifications, non-approved parts, or unauthorized repairs.
- • Neglected maintenance, improper charging, or improper assembly.
- • Water, fire, weather, theft, or other outside damage.
- • Cosmetic wear (scratches, dents, fading) from regular riding.
How to make a claim
It's simple — you only ever talk to us:
- 1. Reach out with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos or a short video help a lot and can speed things up.
- 2. We confirm the coverage and open the claim with the manufacturer for you.
- 3. We coordinate the replacement part and walk you through the fix — or get you to someone who can help install it.
Keeping up with routine maintenance and registering your machine after delivery helps every claim go smoothly.
