WILD IDAHOPOWERSPORTS

From crate to trail

Assembly made easy

Your machine shows up mostly built. A little final assembly gets you riding — or let the warehouse handle it for you.

Option 1

Factory Package

Ships in the crate, 80–95% pre-assembled. You handle the final steps — usually bars, mirrors, fluids, and a charge or fuel-up. The most affordable way to get your machine.

Option 2 · gas dirt bikes

Assembly Service

On our gas dirt bikes, you can add the Assembly Service option right on the product page — the machine is assembled and checked before it ships, so it arrives ready to ride with far less work on your end.

Electric bikes arrive ready to ride. Our electric models (KOOZ, Freego, 79Bike, and X-PRO electric) come almost fully built — usually just the front wheel, handlebars, and a few bolts, then charge it up and go. They don't need the paid Assembly Service, so you won't see that option on those bikes.

Finishing the job yourself

Most final assembly takes basic hand tools and an hour or two. A typical checklist looks like:

  • • Mount and align the handlebars and mirrors.
  • • Check and tighten key bolts (axles, controls, foot pegs).
  • • Add fuel/oil or fully charge the battery per the manual.
  • • Set tire pressure and test the brakes before your first ride.

Always follow the owner's manual that ships with your machine — it has the torque specs and break-in steps for your model.
