By browsing or buying from this site, you agree to these terms. You must be of legal age to enter a binding contract to place an order, and you agree to provide accurate account and shipping information.
Orders & pricing
All prices are in U.S. dollars. We work hard to keep pricing, specs, and availability accurate, but errors can happen — we reserve the right to correct mistakes and to cancel and refund an order if a product was listed incorrectly. Your order is confirmed once payment is processed.
Shipping & delivery
Machines ship direct from the warehouse. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and timing can be affected by the carrier and stock. Inspect your shipment on arrival and report any freight damage promptly so we can help.
Off-road use, safety & compliance
Many machines are intended for off-road use only and may not be street legal or legal for sale in every state — product pages note this where it applies. You are responsible for riding safely, wearing proper gear, supervising young riders, and following all local laws.
Returns & warranty
Warranty coverage is provided through the manufacturer; see our Warranty page for details. Because machines ship freight directly, returns are handled case by case — contact us before returning anything so we can guide you.
Limitation of liability
The site and products are provided without warranties beyond those required by law and the manufacturer's warranty. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of a machine or this site.
